Your Restorative Practice – Building A Personal Practice
Learn how to tailor a Restorative Practice to fit your needs. Insomnia, healing , regenerating, energizing and releasing. In this workshop we will go through the five building blocks of a restorative practice: Starting by Stopping, Forward Bends, Twists, Back Bends, and Inversions. These five building blocks will give you the knowledge to build a personal practice. You will walk away with the tools to heal thy self.

Flow and Explore
This is going to be a yoga party. Open yourself up to a new way of thinking about your practice with some fun therapeutic alignment cues. The class will focus on finding your foundation, drawing on yuor energy center and learning how to expand to find a perfect expression of yourself. Meet yourself on the mat everyday. This is going to be an awesome adventure! We will explore lots of balance poses, forward bends, back bends, and twists. This practice is open to all levels and will include lots of modifications.

Flow and Shine
A vigorous Hatha flow class that taps into your heart center to find your true self. It’s going to get sweaty but guaranteed to be fun! We will move through unique sun salutations, standing poses, backbends and forward bends to look at our reactions and inner critic in response to our movement. Be inspired as you shake off the dust and learn how to sparkle and shine. You will leave feeling empowered, motivated and ready to face the day. This practice is open to all levels and will include lots of modifications.

Flow into Meditation
The initial intention of asana was to prepare us to sit. In this fun class you will learn poses and sequences that will prepare you and/or your students to sit and to be open to this experience. Once you sit, you can focus on your breath and we will explore what comes up. Perfect for any level this class will focus on the hips, knees, lower back and shoulders, making longer sits possible. The class will end with a guided meditation.

What’s Next: Discovering Your Strengths and Passion That Will Fuel Your Next Step Forward
What’s Next? Will help get clear about what you want to do next. What your strengths and passions are and how to devise a plan with courage and conviction to be the best at what you do. Have you just finished a Yoga Teacher Training? Are you facing a plateau in your life on and off the mat? Standing at the edge and not sure what’s next? Using yoga ethics and principles we will focus on the foundational strengths we inherit and look at success in the context of what it means to you. By the end of this session you will celebrate yourself and learn simple techniques to promote yourself using Social Media, become PR savvy, introduce yourself to the world and walk away with a plan.
